Marketing Performance Dashboard
The Challenge
Marketing lacked direct access to key performance data for newly launched products and campaigns, requiring reliance on other departments for reporting. While critical metrics — new accounts, deposit balances, and dividends — were available, they were not easily accessible in a format that supported timely analysis.
The Approach
I identified the core performance metrics most relevant to marketing and leadership, focusing on indicators that directly reflected product growth and campaign effectiveness. I then designed a reporting framework to consolidate multiple data sources into a single unified view, surface key trends at a glance, remain intuitive for non-technical users, and support automated recurring updates.
The Execution
Using Microsoft Power BI, I developed a series of interactive dashboards designed to visualize product performance over time. The dashboards tracked new account growth, total deposit balances, and dividend performance, with consistent monthly updates ensuring stakeholders always had access to current data.
The Impact
Established a centralized, self-service reporting system for marketing. Improved visibility into product performance and growth trends. Enabled more consistent and data-driven evaluation of campaigns and initiatives.
